All cancellations / Wait Time / Over-Time Charges

Flat Rate Trips and Non-Airport Pick-Ups: A grace period of ten minutes is allowed for all non-airport pick-ups, point-to-point, and wedding transfers. If the vehicle has not departed the pick-up location after the initial 10-minute grace period, charges will begin accruing, retroactive to the initial pick-up / drop-off time at the applicable hourly rate (plus 20% gratuity, service fee, and fuel surcharge)

Airport Pick-Up

A grace period of 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and one hour for international arrivals is allowed for all airport pick-ups (grace period is calculated using advertised flight arrival time). If the vehicle has not departed the airport after the initial grace period, charges will being accruing at the applicable hourly rate (plus 20% gratuity, service fee, and fuel surcharge)

Early / Late Fees

An early / late fee will be assessed on all pick-ups scheduled or actual, after 11:00pm and before 7:00am

Holiday Surcharge

A 20% surcharge (hourly) and $25 surcharge (flat-rate) will be assessed on any reservation for the following holidays: New Year's Eve (after 4:00pm), New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (after 4:00pm), and Christmas Day

Cancellations / No-Shows

Cancellations: A flat-rate reservation requires an 8-hour notice to cancel. An hourly reservation requires a 48-hour notice to cancel. Weddings, proms, and holiday reservations require more than 24 hours' notice to cancel without charge. Please see your contract or call for cancellation information. Any cancellation made with less than the required notice will be subject to a full charge plus a 20% service fee

No-show: A no-show will be charged the full rate (plus parking, tolls, fuel surcharge, service fee, and wait time when applicable, plus a 20% chauffeur gratuity)

Extra Pick-Ups or Stops

Extra pick-ups or additional stops will result in a minimum service charge of $10 plus a 20% chauffeur gratuity, service fee, and fuel surcharge

Prom Service

All reservations for prom service must be made by a parent. A reservation will require a $100 minimum, non-refundable deposit. Click here to view our Prom Agreement

Cleaning fee of $120 will be charged if a major cleaning is needed, due to incidents caused by clients.
